About FairHVACQuote
Independent, written help for homeowners facing a big HVAC bill.
FairHVACQuote exists for one reason: to help homeowners understand an HVAC quote before they sign it. Heating and cooling systems are expensive, the 2025 refrigerant change made pricing more confusing, and most people have no easy way to get an independent second opinion.
What we do
- Quote Check: a $39 written review of your quote by a licensed US HVAC technician.
- Cost guide: published cost data with sources, so you can see where numbers come from.
- Licensed contractor directory: built from public state license records.
How we work
We are a small, independent, fully remote team and we work entirely in writing, email and online forms. We don’t make sales calls, and we never ask you for a phone conversation. Written answers mean you have a clear record of everything we tell you.
Our independence
We don’t install or sell HVAC equipment. Our reviewers are not paid more for telling you a quote is high or low.
Contact is by email or written form only, we do not offer phone calls. Email: cs@fairhvacquote.com
